Tape Loop Installation Instructions

1) Switch the unit off.

2) Loosen the tape cover screws and remove the tape cover.

3) Remove the old tape.

4) Clean the heads and rollers and the tape bay entry and exit.

5) Insert replacement tape and feed a small section of the loop into the tape bay.

6) Using your thumb, turn the black pinch roller to feed the rest of the tape into the tape bay (as shown in the image below)

7) You can feed the tape into the tape bay by switching the unit on as slow as the motor will go.

8) As the pinch roller engages and starts to run automatically. Be ready to switch the unit off as the tape loop nears the end. The force could snap the tape when it pulls the tape against the heads.

9) Make sure there are no twists in the tape when installing in the tape bay or at any point when threading around the rollers and heads.

10) When that is all done replace the plastic cover

11) Put on the screws then Switch unit on and run for a ten to fifteen minutes to adjust the tape.
